2026-2027 Enrollment Process and Dates:
Adjustments will be made for children enrolled during the school year.

Applications will be processed in the following priority:
1. MPBC families
2. Current and past TTWS families
3. Families new to TTWS

Enrollment commitment includes:
Enrollment Contract, One month tuition (applied to May 2027), and Activity Fee*
*The Activity Fee is a one-time fee for age level enrichment:
Toddlers - $75, Twos-$150, Threes - $225, Fours-$225, TK - $250

TTWS Tuition Structure:
• Enrollment is a commitment to full-tuition through the end of the school year.
• Tuition can be paid monthly or in-full.(no discount for full payment)
• Auto draft payment is required, unless approved by the Director.

Withdrawal from TTWS:
• One month notice is required.
• Enrollment Fees (listed above) are non-refundable.
• Tuition for the remainder of the year is due unless the family moves out of the Charlotte area or the vacancy is filled by a child on the wait list.

TTWS Medical and Immunization Requirement:
The following medical information is required for all children enrolled at TTWS
• Documentation of up-to-date immunizations recommended by the U.S. department of Health and Human Services. There are no religious exemptions.
• a physician signed TTWS Medical Form.
• documentation (w/emergency plan) of allergies, medical conditions, and/or other dietary restrictions.
This information is due:
• Children new to TTWS, before attending school.
• Children returning to TTWS, by October 10.
• Children w/Emergency Plans - updated by September 30.
TTWS Release Statement:
I, on behalf of myself, my spouse or any other legal guardian of my child, hereby release and hold (i) Myers Park Baptist Church, including the TTWS (collectively, “MPBC”), and (ii) MPBC’s members, agents, employees and volunteers (collectively, “Associates”) harmless from all claims, damages, losses or liabilities of any nature (including for injuries, sickness, or death), which are not the direct result of gross negligence of TTWS or its Associates. I agree to indemnify the TTWS and its Associates against any actions taken by me, my spouse, any other legal guardian of my child and my child related to TTWS.
